At AHM-Labs, we solve systemic workflow problems. We bridged this hardware gap by moving the heavy calculations entirely to the cloud.
How it Works
We built a highly responsive, clean dashboard directly inside the web browser. Users can create exactly as they would on a high-end desktop, without noticing any lag. When they hit “Render”, the heavy math is instantly zipped to our massive, heavy-duty servers. The server calculates the 3D geometry in a fraction of a second, and streams the final picture back to the user’s browser.
This saves the user’s battery, prevents overheating, and dramatically speeds up how fast they can work.
Real-World Business Logic
We also integrated professional calculator algorithms directly into the background. Within seconds, the web interface accurately estimates total physical print time, material weight, and exact financial costs. This provides immediate, actionable feedback on the physical feasibility and financial cost of a design before production even begins. When applied to a commercial manufacturing setting, this early-warning cost feature prevents thousands of dollars of wasted machine time.
